Does my new Building need a concrete slab?
Usually no, while most garages require a concrete foundation, Shed National’s joist system has great strength and moisture-resistant features to meet any and all above-ground installation requirements. If you plan on our installation being below-grade, you should consider concrete for additional height and drainage requirements.
Can Shed National buildings be sold as a kit?
No, we take great pride in this being a turn-key service. Our shed buildings include on-site installation by authorized installers at no additional cost to you, our customer. For “Build-On-Site” details and pricing, contact our specialists.
Any additional costs with my shed building?
All construction & material costs are included in the listed price other than the specific foundation costs or alternate expenses such as hauling away an existing structure or debris, site leveling, etc. Fees relating to engineered drawings, permits and in some cases, local delivery also may apply depending on location. Can I purchase my building at locally?
Not at all. All Shed National building products are only available through our retail locations and direct through Shed National online.
What do I need to do before installation?
Study and and comply to any and all neighborhood regulations and obtain the required permits. Then determine where your property lines are, and select the ideal shed building site. You are responsible to select a location for your Shed National building that is within the property lines and in applicable regulations. Finally, you should prepare a “clean and level” build site. This is the most important and impactful step in your building project.
